Description

This is a model for Opera2d with the Stress Analysis Solver SA. This model demonstrates how you can define centrifugal forces due to rotation and look at the displacement in the solution. There is also a comiskript that will create the force load tables depending on the rotation speed and the mass density of the material.

The pictures above show the full electromagnetic model, the reduction of the only stress analysis relevant parts, the assigned boundaries to limit movement on the y and x-axis so that only radial movement is allowed. The radial force distributtion due to the rotation with force vectors and the deformation magnified by 1000.
